2.3 Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified without contacting our customer service.
3. Payment
3.1 Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order, unless otherwise specified.
3.2 We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and online payment methods.
3.3 For customized items, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of order confirmation.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery timelines will be provided upon confirmation of the order.
4.2 Delays in shipping may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are not liable for such delays.
4.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Designer Bridal Studio is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
5. Returns and Cancellations
5.1 Due to the nature of customized products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
5.2 Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled.
5.3 In the case of manufacturing defects or incorrect orders, we will replace the product free of charge. All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
6. Customization
6.1 Customized orders will be created based on the specifications provided by the customer.
6.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all measurements and customization details are accurate. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on our website, including images, logos, and designs, is the property of Designer Bridal Studio. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Designer Bridal Studio is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
9. Privacy
9.1 We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties, except for order processing purposes.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad.
