Refund Policy

At Designer Bridal Studio, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality products. However, due to the customized nature of our products, please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Customized Products

1.1 No Refunds: All customized and made-to-order products are final sale and non-refundable. Since these items are made specifically to your specifications, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the order has been processed.
1.2 Order Confirmation: Before beginning production, we confirm all details with you to ensure accuracy in customization. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and verify all information before confirmation.

2. Non-Customized Products

2.1 Eligibility: Non-customized items may be eligible for a refund if they are returned in unused, original condition with all tags attached.
2.2 Refund Window: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. After this period, no refunds will be processed.
2.3 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

3.1 Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
3.2 Replacement or Refund: We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund depending on the severity of the defect or damage. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation Window: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order is considered confirmed, and no cancellations or refunds will be allowed for custom-made products.
4.2 Non-Refundable Deposit: For customized orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of order confirmation. If you cancel after 24 hours, this deposit will not be refunded.

5. Refund Process

5.1 Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable).
5.2 Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In the case of COD orders, store credit or a bank transfer will be offered.
